RUCON is a “true” family-owned company. Rick and Cindy Uecker along with their sons, Andy & Brad are ready to make your dream of building a new home a reality.

Rick a licensed general contractor, and Brad a licensed realtor are on the job sites daily. They coordinate materials, subcontractors and everything needed to ensure the quality of your new home.
Andy a licensed realtor and Business/Economics graduate of Ripon College and Cindy a Business graduate of Marion College are in the office to answer your questions & help ensure the cost of your home is what you expect.
Cindy aids in blueprint design, product selections and interior design.
